Job seekers, business owners, business professionals and anyone else looking to improve will learn how make connections and build lasting business relationships. Certified professional coach Alyce Blum will lead the session using a mix of traditional coaching methods and soft skills.
Denver-Boulder Tech Census Launch, June 5 at 5:30 p.m.
Join the Denver-Boulder Tech Census, a national media and data initiative hoping to place a spotlight on Colorado tech, for their launch. Tech entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem builders who represent the Boulder and Denver tech community are welcome to attend and contribute. The event will include panelists from Galvanize, SpringTime Ventures and more. Matt Hunckler, CEO of Powderkeg, will your host for the evening.
Pre-Coders Meetup, June 5 at 7 p.m.
If you've been meaning to learn how to code, come out for this meetup. Professional software engineers will be in attendance, presenting on a host of topics designed to get you started. Come out and meet both experts and other people who are looking to get their feet wet, workshop new ideas, or find out if this is the next move for you.
Go Code Colorado Final Competition Event 2018, June 7 at 6 p.m.
Come check out the Go Code Colorado finalists as they pitch to a panel of judges. Go Code Colorado is a statewide competition that challenges teams to use public data to build useful insights and tools for Colorado businesses. The competition is housed in Colorado Secretary of State Wayne W. Williams’ office, with this year's finalists including teams from Colorado Springs, Denver, Durango, Fort Collins and Grand Junction.
Cheers & Beers with Accelo, June 7 at 6 p.m.
Get summer started by grabbing a beer with happy hour host Accelo! Accelo is a cloud-based service operation platform. The San Francisco-based company is new to Denver, so come out and help welcome them. Join the Accelo team at Woods Boss Brewing to enjoy drinks while mixing and mingling with the local tech community.
