Startup Funding 101, with Jacqueline Wicks, May 9 at 6 p.m.

This beginner fundraising workshop features talks from VCs and angels who will leave you with advice on big pitfalls to avoid, what investors look for, how equity works and more. Women in Tech, May 10 at 6 p.m.

Meet some of the coolest women in tech at General Assembly’s quarterly gathering. The panelists, which include speakers from companies like Havenly, SpotX and Full Contact, talk about navigating the workplace, gaining success in the industry and how to guide the next generation.

 

Denver Web Technologies Monthly Meetup, May 10 at 7 p.m.

If you're looking to connect with other local web developers, then stop by this monthly meeting of the minds. Here’s your chance to share techniques and solutions to common problems. All are welcome; this group includes everyone from beginners to experts and professionals.
