Built In Colorado's Built In Brews is a monthly startup happy hour hosted by a new high-growth tech company every month. This month, our friends at LogRhythm will be hosting the Colorado tech community at its Boulder office, where there will be plenty of craft beer, cocktails, appetizers — and opportunities to rub elbows with local tech professionals.
Intro To HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Free Learning Series. Beginners Welcome!, November 1 at 6 p.m.
Software coding is becoming an increasingly valuable skill to have, but acquiring those skills can seem like a major hurdle. The folks at Learn to Build have created an eight-week curriculum to introduce beginners to the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript coding languages in an interactive and approachable format. The group is just kicking off the next series of seminars, but you can attend sessions at any time over the next eight Wednesdays.

If you’re an engineer who also happens to love playing music, this is the meetup for you! Bring your instruments (exotic and homemade instruments encouraged!) and come jam out with fellow tech professionals in a fun, casual environment.
