Colorado is a leader in alternative dispute resolution and community based mediation centers. In 2012 a small software company and a mediation firm started working together to build the industry's leading case management system.
Mediators designed the requirements and features. Experienced developers used Rails and Amazon Web Services to quickly deploy a proof of concept. Development was rapid and an MVP was released soon after.
2014 saw the first full release. During 2014 and 2015 100% uptime was observed. This is thanks to continuous releases and very stable cloud infrastructure. Fingers crossed for 2016!
2015 was an exciting year. FaciliCase trademark was submitted and the product was presented coast to coast at several conferences.
In 2016, the trademark was approved and the team is well along its way down the technology roadmap.
