Joe Ryan, the head of the Center for Statistics and Visualization at the University of Denver, is going to explain some of the basics of data visualization. You’ll learn when data needs to be turned into a visualization and some tools you can use to start building your own visualizations. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to poke your head around the Commons at Champa.
