Black Diamond Advisory announced Monday that it received a minority investment of $25 million from Tercera, an investment firm specializing in cloud professional services.
Founded in 2019 in Golden, Black Diamond Advisory said it is the largest global advisor of OneStream Software, a corporate performance management (CPM) software. The company uses OneStream to help CFOs with financial transformation, change management and process automation.
Black Diamond Advisory is one of OneStream’s Diamond-level partners. It has worked on more than 100 OneStream projects and won OneStream’s 2022 Partner Innovation Award.
“Black Diamond’s in-depth knowledge of OneStream’s Intelligent Finance platform combined with their mix of business, technical and industry expertise, has quickly made them one of our top partners,” OneStream Software President Craig Colby said in a statement. “The Black Diamond team is committed to customer success and understanding what finance and operations teams are looking for in a trusted advisor.”
Black Diamond Advisory will use its new investment to build its team, expand its CFO advisory services and grow its global presence. Although the company is headquartered in Colorado, it employs team members across the U.S., Canada, U.K., Europe, Australia and Asia.
