Successful product launches are always fun.

First, they generally entail some type of team or companywide celebration. Second, they can lead to new and exciting business opportunities. Third, they can lead to professional growth for those who made it happen. And the cherry on top?

Successful product launches can also lead to new hires.

Take AdCellerant as an example. The digital advertising company recently launched a new reporting dashboard that will allow customers to view advertising performance for all of their purchased products across multiple platforms. And just as importantly, it’s created new job opportunities throughout the company.

“We are hiring across almost every department,” Kyle Gibbons, AdCellerant’s director of product, said. “With these new software releases and customers’ awe of them, our sales, operations, engineering and product teams will be hiring.”

How will this newly launched product impact the company’s future? Built In Colorado caught up with Gibbons to find out.

Tell us about your newly launched product. How is it driving future projects at the company?

We recently launched a new reporting dashboard that will allow our customers to view advertising performance for all of their purchased products across multiple platforms. This is a huge stepping stone for the future as we shift to a technology company rather than a service-based company.

This platform will be a one-stop shop for our customers to build out proposals, submit orders and report on their advertising. Without this new reporting platform, our vision of making digital marketing easy for every business wouldn’t be possible.

How did the company celebrate this win and the people responsible for pushing the product over the finish line?

We celebrated this amazing feat with a team happy hour! We tend to do lots of celebrations within departments and as a whole company. Some other things we like to do include park days where we all hang out at a local space with activities, food and beverages. We are also known to go to Colorado Rockies baseball games, which also means half days!

This is a huge stepping stone for the future as we shift to a technology company rather than a service-based company.’’

Which teams are hiring, and what types of employees are you looking to bring aboard?

We are hiring across almost every department of our company, particularly in sales, operations, engineering and product.

We are looking for teammates who want to grow with us in our fast-paced environment. Depending on the position, usually previous experience in a similar industry or field is required. However, we are hiring recent college graduates in some of our junior roles knowing that we tend to promote from within.
