Everside Health filed for an IPO. Formerly known as Paladina Health, the Denver-based company offers a service that allows employers to provide their employees with increased access to physicians at or near where they work. Everside is planning to raise around $100 million with its public offering and plans to trade on the NYSE under the ticker “EVSD.” [Denver Business Journal]
Visiqua to acquire Flipforms. Boulder-based Visiqua offers performance marketing software. By acquiring Flipforms’ automation management platform and lead form building tech, the company aims to provide publishers with the ability to create lead forms for existing websites as well as access to its lead-generation marketplace. Native Voice pulled in $14M. The company provides users with a way to make the most of their voice-connected devices by connecting with brands that offer tap-to-talk functions and voice services. Investors including Gutbrain Ventures and Signal Peak Ventures participated in the startup’s seed round. Sierra Space announced its first CEO. Operating within the commercial space industry, the aerospace company aims to create “the future of space transportation, destinations and infrastructure.” The Louisville-based company named Tom Vice as its chief executive officer. Vice previously served as CEO for Aerion Corporation and has over 30 decades of experience in the industry. [Business Wire]
