What You Will Do

As a Technical Development Representative, you will focus on initiating conversations with developers who show interest in our products, guiding them through the trial process. Your role involves understanding their technical needs and collaborating with the sales team to tailor solutions that enhance their experience with Stream's offerings and then move the follow-up conversations to the appropriate Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with developers during their trial period, providing them with technical insights and assistance.
• Identify and address developers' specific needs, ensuring a smooth and informative trial experience.
• Work alongside the sales team to develop strategies for converting trial users into long-term customers.
• Participate in team discussions to share feedback from developer interactions, contributing to product improvements.
• Maintain high activity in the chatbot as well as meeting all SLAs as defined by 
• Maintain accurate records of developer interactions and feedback in CRM and other tools.

Who You Are

• A proactive team player, eager to learn and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Possess a technical background or strong interest in technology, particularly in software development.
• Have excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• 6+ months of experience in a role involving customer interaction, sales, or technical support.
• Familiarity with CRMs and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Resilient and motivated, with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Salary (for Colorado only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, level of experience, and location (which can be in the US or a remote location that aligns with a US time zone). For Colorado-based candidates, the salary range for this position starts at $55,000. Compensation at all other locations will be based on the factors as stated above.
