Wayin, a social media platform company located in Downtown Denver, is looking for a Sales Development Specialist to join its growing Lead Development Team.  You will work as part of a dynamic sales team to generate and develop qualified leads and demonstrate the value propositions of Wayin’s social media platform.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and facilitate lead generation and pipeline development that increase sales close ratios

• Use social media to uncover influencers and new market opportunities

• Work collaboratively with enterprise field sales to develop new business

• Conduct market research to identify channels for expanding strategic marketing initiatives

• Execute on marketing initiatives to drive business including:  generating interest, attendance and follow-up on trade shows, users’ conferences, and webinars

• Analyze and report opportunity generation results and goals on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Experience cold calling and generating sales leads over the phone and via email.

• Knowledge of Software as a Solution (SaaS) concepts and solutions

• Must have excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

• Intensely driven and self-motivated to achieve results and exceed goals

• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.com a strong plus

• Must possess excellent time-management skills

• Sales “hunter” mentality required

• Bachelor’s degree
