Sales Development Specialist
Wayin, a social media platform company located in Downtown Denver, is looking for a Sales Development Specialist to join its growing Lead Development Team. You will work as part of a dynamic sales team to generate and develop qualified leads and demonstrate the value propositions of Wayin’s social media platform.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and facilitate lead generation and pipeline development that increase sales close ratios
Use social media to uncover influencers and new market opportunities
Work collaboratively with enterprise field sales to develop new business
Conduct market research to identify channels for expanding strategic marketing initiatives
Execute on marketing initiatives to drive business including: generating interest, attendance and follow-up on trade shows, users’ conferences, and webinars
Analyze and report opportunity generation results and goals on a regular basis
Requirements:
Experience cold calling and generating sales leads over the phone and via email.
Knowledge of Software as a Solution (SaaS) concepts and solutions
Must have excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Intensely driven and self-motivated to achieve results and exceed goals
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.com a strong plus
Must possess excellent time-management skills
Sales “hunter” mentality required
Bachelor’s degree
