Business Development Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Coordinator who is hungry to gain insight and exposure into the digital media/advertising industry. The Business Development Coordinator will have a strong passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals, must be a team player, flexible to help wherever there is a demand, and able to communicate clearly across all departments of the company. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and proactively bring suggestions and solutions to the team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support AdAction’s industry-leading Business Development team.
- Help provide the Business Development team with qualified prospects for new business opportunities.
- Dig in on campaign performance and provide ideas for improvement.
- Field inbound leads and identify qualified prospects for the Performance Media group.
- Conduct competitive research for new and existing leads.
- Identify appropriate decision makers and set meetings to acquire new business.
- As needed, coordinate activities and resources between internal teams, including sales, account management, media, operations, and compliance.
- Represent AdAction at designated trade shows and conferences, as appropriate.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1-2 years experience working in sales support, marketing, and/or advertising.
- Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are a must.
- Experience with digital media advertising is a plus.
- Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem is a plus.
- Highly analytical and incredible attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize workload.
- Reliable, consistent, accountable, and trustworthy.
- Hungry to improve the company and willing to take on any task.
- Solid computer skills, with knowledge of MS Excel and Salesforce.
- Enthusiastic about the mobile app space.
