POSITION SUMMARY
We want you to take charge and be a strategic leader in our market! The Affiliate Sales individual is responsible for primarily sourcing new affiliates to the network with the goal of scaling the growth and market presence. This person will also be responsible for maintaining a set of established publishers. Because our affiliate network is integral to our business strategy, the growth of this department is key for our long-term vision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage affiliate recruitment
• Meet/exceed sales quota by prospecting for and developing industry publisher relationships
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Perform in-depth analysis of campaigns in order to enhance affiliate productivity, increase ROI, and create new growth opportunities
• Analyze publisher statistics on a daily basis to maximize revenue, identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and troubleshoot issues
• Actively promote Adperio’s affiliate network while developing and applying program growth strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Advertising/Journalism is ideal or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing a strong plus
• Proven experience in a goal oriented environment
• Be an effective motivator for publishers, keeping close communication with top performers
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must have established contacts with publishers and media networks
• Strong ability to work independently, proactively, and prioritize accordingly
• Must possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking, and optimization
• Ability to utilize analytical skills in order to evaluate current trends, make suggestions to improve, and implement changes quickly a must
