We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) who will generate new business opportunities by providing demonstrations of the Apto solution to new prospects and following a proven sales process to produce new business. You will be responsible for an annual sales quota that will be assessed on a monthly/quarterly basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and Senior Brokers to understand more about their business/processes while aligning our solution to the needs discovered
- Conduct demonstrations of the Apto solution for qualified prospects
- Build and manage a 3X pipeline of qualified prospects
- Leverage Salesforce.com to manage the sales cycle along with all activity, communication conducted with clients
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets
What you need to apply:
- A commanding desire to learn and succeed in a startup SAAS environment
- Minimum 3 years sales or related market/business experience
- Candidates should have one of the following: software/saas experience, sales experience, or real estate experience
- Successful track record of managing a sales process and meeting/exceeding revenue expectations
- Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is a plus
- Experience in any of the following commercial property sectors is a plus: Office , Industrial, or Retail/Restaurant or Multi Family
