TITLE: Technical Program Manager
LOCATION: Greenwood Village, CO
JOB SUMMARY: Partner with key business and senior leadership to support the program strategy and business case and provide various enterprise-wide high-level project delivery plans. Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets. Communicate with technology leadership and business leadership to convey program strategy, status, and changes. Work under general direction of senior management to manage and deliver all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements. Support all aspects of the technology design, development, and implementation of the program within and across different technology teams. Oversee implementation of program and project plans as well as monitor progress, resource usage, and quality. Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Conduct risk assessments and develop plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and 4 years of experience utilizing telecom domain knowledge to identify dependencies and risks for projects including: development of new WiFi hardware, identification of BSS/OSS deliverables and dependencies, and lab build out for WiFi testing; developing software methodologies, processes, and best practices; with internet and Wi-Fi technologies/standards for network protocols, network switching, and network technologies including: WiFi Optimization, WiFi telemetry, WiFi frequency bands, WiFi band steering, and WPA; and with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets, and Confluence.
Hybrid office and remote arrangement is available. Salaries depend on geography, experience, and education; negotiations begin at $104,374 per year.

The pay for this position has a salary range of
$104,374.00 to $175,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
