What you can expect
As an individual contributor, you will lead the Americas Sales Engineer (SE) team strategy, development and execution of Zoom's technical sales enablement programs. Your focus will be on our innovative product portfolio and platform.
About the Team
Our Technical Enablement team is critical to the success of our customer-facing technical personas. Our SE roles rely on us to provide them with product knowledge across all Zoom's offerings so they can address the needs of our customers. We define product knowledge proficiencies, demos, certifications and provide the technical content for individuals to achieve these levels. We seek individuals passionate about sharing knowledge and enabling others to reach their goals.
What we're looking for

• 3-5 years experience as a sales engineer in an enablement role in SaaS/telephony and/or High-Tech company
• Experience leading the development of programs, content and tools that enable SE selling skills focused on value-based messaging
• Experience with enablement sales tools: program, content and learning management systems, sales process. messaging and methodology (Value Selling + MEDDICC)
• Have managed and owned an SE technical sandbox environment, SE enablement events (virtual/in person) and program managed SE workshops
• Able to deploy compelling technical training, content/sales processes, and tools to SE organization
• Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$105,600.00
Maximum:
$195,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
