Senior Engineering Manager - Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC)
At Workiva, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our teams in GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance). This role is pivotal in guiding a talented full-stack engineering team responsible for developing exciting product features that encompass everything from front-end Dart/React to back-end Kotlin.
As a Senior Engineering Manager at Workiva, you'll be less focused on the nitty-gritty of coding and more on the exciting realms of people and project leadership. While you won't be rolling up your sleeves to code day in and day out, your deep technical background will be instrumental in providing the guiding influence needed to ensure the success of our projects.

What You'll Need
Required Qualifications
Education: An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in direct people management and a proven excellence in managing engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in programming, with a strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design
Agile Enthusiast: Experience working in an agile development environment
Remote Ready
A reliable internet connection is your lifeline, especially when you're unleashing your brilliance from the comforts of anywhere but the Workiva office
Fear not, for this role is the epitome of flexibility, with typically no more than 15% travel on the horizon
How You’ll Be Rewarded
Salary range in the US: $120,000.00 - $204,000.00
A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
