As a Scrum Master, you will be an instrumental part in driving team success by removing impediments to progress and managing the team’s delivery practices. Whether driving and measuring results within a team, identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, or holding Product Management accountable for maintaining a groomed backlog, you will ensure our product delivery teams are high functioning.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to drive product delivery for 1-2 product lines
• Drive collaboration between Product and Engineering
• Facilitate productive team meetings
• Encourage teams to embrace a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner with Team Leads to hold the team accountable to make and meet sprint commitments
• Manage cross-team dependencies for product delivery to ensure a timely release of complete features
• Hold team accountable for planning each sprint and continually grooming the product backlog
• Help to facilitate team participation in quarterly planning
• Internally publish and celebrate sprint achievements through demos to stakeholders or entire organization

Requirements:

• Scrum Master Certification required
• 2+ years’ of experience leading an Agile team
• 2+ years’ of experience working in software development
• Drive to deliver great products
• A servant leader and skilled influencer
• Detail-oriented and very organized
• Passion for helping teams improve
• A hunger to learn and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience with diverse set of management practices (Scrum, Lean, DevOps, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
