At Cloud Elements our customers experience and making them successful is one of our most important tasks. You will be the customer’s primary technical liaison into Cloud Elements and are accountable for identifying and directly addressing all business and technical issues impacting the customer’s success.

As a member of the Customer Success Team, you play an important role developing strong relationships with our customers, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and being a critical partner in delivering those solutions through the Cloud Elements platform.

More about this role:

  • You will act as the main point of contact for our customers.  Acting as their trusted partner in the complex world of API integrations.

  • You will be measured using a combination of Customer Satisfaction, Adoption and revenue growth of your accounts.

  • You will gain a deep understanding of your customer’s relevant business challenges while driving adoption of CE solutions within your assigned accounts

  • You will be agile in responding to the technical and business needs of your customers

  • Provide project leadership, coordination and architectural guidance for the customer’s major API integration initiatives

  • Maintain advanced technical knowledge of core Cloud Elements solutions and contribute to future product direction

  • Interact with CTOs, Product Managers, and Sr. Developers at our customers that range from SMBs to large Enterprises

  • Prepare and present product demonstrations as needed - both canned and tailored - using Cloud Elements technology

  • Work with Customer Enablement and Sales Teams on the adoption and expansion of CE products and services

What we would like you to have:

  • Excellent communicator – written and spoken. Comfortable and willingness to work in a team environment

  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and/or account management.

  • 4+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, a Technical Account Manager, or a Sales Engineer preferably with SaaS or related Cloud products

  • Knowledgeable with JavaScript a plus

  • Knowledge of RESTful design, APIs, and web technologies

  • Personable, outgoing and community-oriented – enjoy interacting with others (especially geeks!) in professional and social settings

  • Great sense of humor, humble and driven!
