Position Description

Conga is seeking an experienced Services Sales Manager for our Professional Services organization to sell services in salesforce.com-based Quote-to-Cash suite of products, including CPQ (configure/price/quote), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Document generation, and other related solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Conga License sales executives and Customers in developing and then selling a robust implementation plan.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Expert in sales of services working on both strategic and transactional commercial deals.
  • Ability to estimate custom deals, understanding the nature of delivery to position specific roles/responsibilities to a customer and explain key risks and pitfalls.
  • Ability to negotiate and build customer relationships at multiple levels of an organization (Business, legal, sales, sales ops, IT, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach prospective and existing customers about their industry and their customers; assist them in implementing digital technology and refine office processes
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on all Conga solutions and services. Understand and communicate the business value
  • Understands deal financials and aligns deals to achieve team goals.
  • Understands Conga services offerings & full QTC (Quote to Cash) product suite. (training will be provided)
  • Drives the wider team towards achieving region and company goals. Able to suggest process efficiency measures company wide.
  • Extensive knowledge of the wider SF ecosystem (people & companies) and maintains extensive personal contacts in the same. Keeps abreast on latest innovations in SaaS space.
  • Works on deals that require in-depth understanding of customer's requirements, situation and long term strategic & transformational goals.
  • Focus on creating value for customer's organization and articulating the same.
  • Ability to network into customer's full spectrum of cross-functional teams and ability to hold strategic discussions with C-suite staff. Utilizes conversational opportunities to position 'Value' and 'TCO/ROI/Payback Period' and positioning Conga as a long-term partner to customer
  • Ability to collaborate and drive a deal internally in Conga across multiple organizations (sales, legal, finance, delivery and delivery ops) to completion.
  • Acts independently in determining deal strategy and positioning.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com and other tools to track opportunities and forecast
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of working with the Professional Services team and secure budget from the customer for implementation
  • Ability to sale services in a competitive landscape and position our products and services against the competition
  • Engage leadership to determine the strategy and methods that will ensure success across all of your opportunities

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a sales situation and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills both in person and via phone, email, and web-conference
  • Must be willing to travel to customer locations.
  • 3 + years experience with Salesforce, Certified Salesforce Admin preferred
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have valid work authorization

Colorado pay range: 157,197.00 - 196,496.00 - 265,225.00 USD Annual

Benefits: You will be eligible for our paid Flexible Time Off Plan, which covers sick leave and paid holidays in accordance with Conga's policies. You will be eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits in accordance with Conga's policies.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $157,197.00 - $265,225.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location. Applicants should apply via Conga's internal or external careers site.
