Job Description

Brandfolder is seeking an Senior Account Manager to join our fast-paced team. This person would be the first person in an Account Management role at Brandfolder focused on expansion revenue. Your primary role will be to expand revenue with our existing customer base, helping them to understand the benefits of our product solutions and how Brandfolder can make an impact on their organization. This person would be responsible for building out processes and strategies for growing expansion revenue and would report through sales. The goal will be for this candidate to build out an expansion team.

We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. Is that you?

The total target compensation salary range for this role to be between $180,320 and $233,680. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own expansion revenue for existing customer base

  • Work with Inside Sales team to influence overall revenue goals

  • Build strong relationships with current customers, understanding the needs and growth opportunities for each account

  • Work closely with Customer Experience to identify target accounts and set strategy

  • Become an expert on the Brandfolder product

  • Act as subject matter expert in features, benefits, and application of Brandfolder products

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Brandfolder use cases across verticals and market segments

  • Conduct client assessments and strategize expansion strategies

  • Collaborate with client executives around expansion goals & succession criteria 

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management

  • 3+ years of experience selling in the technology field and/or SaaS required

  • Both net new deal hunting experience + proven track record of expansion

  • Great people and relationship building skills

  • Extremely detail oriented and organized

  • The drive to own high-impact projects from day one

  • Ability to create go to market strategies and adapt based on data collection 

  • Deal with both qualitative goals and quantitative revenue targets

  • Excellent ability to design process and adjust based on data & metrics gathered

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • As the team expands, management skills to attract, hire, and train

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and SaaSOptics

  • Track record of surpassing sales quotas

  • Previous work experience in an early stage startup environment
