We're building the best technology and service in a stale, dysfunctional industry and are looking for a highly motivated individual looking to launch our sales team in our second market - Denver! This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor at one of the fastest growing real-estate technology companies out there. If you think you can sell, we pay commission (uncapped) on every dollar of revenue you bring in. No more arbitrary revenue and bonus targets!

Responsibilities

By getting in as we launch Denver, you will be key to building the team, growing sales, building the AptAmigo brand, and scaling operations.

Immediately your job will be to:

  • Own and build renter relationships from company-provided leads (no cold-calling)

  • Help shape our software products directly with our COO, VP of Growth, and CTO

  • Develop and nurture relationships with our property management partners

That said, we're a start-up so we all do dishes sometimes. No task is beneath any of us.

Requirements

  • Cold-calling / telesales experience strongly preferred -- If you can cold call successfully, you'll be awesome at this (and never cold-call again).

  • Passionate, hungry, leader -- You are excited about playing a key role in building a business in a broken industry.

Salary/Benefits
