Sales Ops Analyst
The sales operations analyst is responsible for managing the operational tools, systems and supporting collateral across a global sales team, ensuring adherence to company sales process and improving efficiencies and effectiveness.
The successful person must have strong salesforce.com admin experience.
Daily Operations:
Oversees sales compensation, correct rep alignments and supporting lineage in systems
Document sales process, operations, policies and procedures, and manages software tools and licencing
Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports/dashboards as needed both in salesforce.com and alignment with data warehouse
Oversees leads to territory distribution model incorporating state of the art technology
Works in the field with sales and SDRs to identify opportunities for improved collaboration and customer obsession
Maintaining order and alignment in times of rapid growth
Projects:
Acts as primary liason on salesforce automation projects
Manage and evaluate data to determine effectiveness of a campaign or an activity
Cross Functional:
Interfacing with finance and BI teams to ensure accurate reporting
Working with marketing/alliances/SDR and AE teams to ensure cohesiveness within the team and effective go to market execution
