Four Winds Interactive is actively seeking a talented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing Sales Operations department. This role will be responsible for assisting our Sales, Customer Service, Proposal, and our Contract Administration teams to provide accurate product and service quotes, which will drive sales revenue.  Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to the sales operations function and beyond.

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate and communicate quotes for existing customers
  • Maintain database of all estimates and quotes
  • Assist in negotiation of pricing and identification of alternatives for special and custom orders
  • Update and maintain records, and automated tracking systems
  • Assist in ad-hoc analytic and administrative needs within the department

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • Exhibit a positive attitude, optimistic, and enjoy coming to work every day to learn.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a sales driven office environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and self-driven, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office

Helpful for Success:

  • Hands on experience with ERP Systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Quoting software exposure
  • Previous experience supporting & reporting to Executive Leadership
