We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to drive revenue, process and sales results for the Commercial Account Management team. The position focuses on existing customers with employee count of 251 to 1,000. We are looking for someone with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales and product objectives
• Effectively manage KPI’s and metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet quotas 
• Lead a team of account managers to drive outbound calls, qualify leads and identify prospect needs
• Arrange regular one on one meetings as well as weekly team meetings to review current opportunities and provide support
• Focus efforts on career development, create and implement sales playbooks 
• Assist on client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
• Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
• Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
• Deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
• Help resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner
• Drive sales through a remote workforce as well as in office
• Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
• 10+ years of SaaS or UCC software industry experience with a minimum of 5 years of current management experience
• History of overachieving quota and closing business
• Collaboration experience is a strong plus
• Cloud and SaaS experience is a requirement
• Deep experience in engaging thought leader conversations with C-Suite
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, including experience conducting executive sales presentations. 
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
• High-performing organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple business demands and deliver on time
• Ability to travel North America, as needed.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, as well as MS Office Suite and Google Suite, and other related sales tools
