CaliberMind is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Sales and Marketing engine. CaliberMind is pioneering how B2B Marketers understand their data in order to accelerate their impact on revenue and we need our next teammate to evangelize our unique opportunity. 

This position isn’t like other SDR roles. You will help create the standard for success in this role and we’ll reward you accordingly. We believe Sales Development is a skill so when you apply we won’t be grading you on years of experience but rather your talent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting leads (via email and phone) and initiating greater engagement across CaliberMind’s target accounts
  • Define CaliberMind’s best fitted customers
  • Drive Accounts from engagement to Opportunity $$s
  • Develop compelling messaging built for target Accounts
  • Be the go to person for how SDR’s can best leverage CaliberMind

Preferred skills and interests:

  • This person should be motivated in developing a career in Software sales
  • Believes great process is the key to successful outcomes over time
  • Understands attention is hard to capture and creativity is essential for separating from the noise
  • Willingness to learn and innovate
