Sales Content Specialist
The Sales team at Accelo is looking to add a Sales Content Specialist to our growing team! We’re looking for a candidate who has a keen attention to detail, is organized beyond belief and who works well both independently and across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate is a talented writer who's able to independently research, professionally interview, and then craft a strong narrative that will resonate with a demanding, educated audience. As our Sales Content Specialist, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of content to help our sales team succeed. This could include one-pagers, case studies, product comparison documents, competitor research and much more!
Accelo is a SaaS platform that streamlines and automates service operations in small to medium-sized businesses, often doubling profitability and reducing the chaos and confusion experienced by people working in professional service businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the building and facilitation of content campaigns focused on successfully progressing deals.
- Write new sales documentation, how-to guides, FAQs, and as new product features are released.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to write talk tracks and practice scenarios for the Account Executives and beyond.
- Collaborate with SME’s across teams and across functions for participation and contribution to content.
- Partner with other departments to resource materials for sales content.
- Partner with product team to coincide product briefs in conjunction with release dates.
- Conduct research on our competitors, documenting their product changes, and updating our battlecards.
- Support and maintain the quality of all sales channel efforts.
About You:
- 1 + years’ relevant work experience in SaaS software space focused on the sales department.
- Ability to identify behavioral and knowledge gaps and develop documentation to address them.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise text.
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
- Passion and interest in what's going on in the B2B technology industry.
- Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills - can juggle many tasks and prioritize multiple assignments while working and work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
