Roles and Responsibilities

Channel Operations (50% of time)

  • Define Channel Engagement Strategy – Work cross-functionally to develop programs to increase channel partner engagement.
  • Onboarding - Architect & manage partner onboarding workflows (Systems & Processes)
  • Deal Registration – Architect and manage deal registration workflows in Salesforce (Creation, Approval, Reporting)
  • CRM Data Accuracy – Act as a data steward of partner data to drive accuracy across internal systems (Accounts, Contacts, Pipeline, Certifications)
  • Partner Portal - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support to serve and support mid-tier channel partners (sub top 20)
  • Ongoing Training - Translate partner needs into training materials (Product Knowledge, Positioning, Deployment & Support) with overall goal of accelerating revenue growth.
  • Content Accuracy – Maintain version control for all channel partner assets.

Sales Operation (50% of time)

  • Inside Sales Support – Work closely with Inside Sales to drive efficiencies and remove friction from the sales process (Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives)
  • Reporting – Architect & manage sales reports and dashboards through Salesforce.
  • Product Communications - Work closely with product marketing for delivery and support or marketing programs
  • Ongoing Training – Build, document and deliver internal training programs and reference guides (Systems, Processes, Resources)
  • Field Team Support – Process support requests from field-based sales team (Reports, Documentation, Partner Requests)
  • Content Accuracy – Maintain version control for all sales enablement assets.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • 3+ Sales/Channel Operations experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Willingness to adapt and adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and change.

  • Compensation range of $70,000 to $90,000/year, depending on skills and experience.
