Team

The Skupos retail sales team helps retailers leverage data to increase revenue, compete in their market and make better business decisions. We prospect thousands of customers every month and brings on over 1,000 new retail sites in the process. Expectations are high and the results are best in class. Our retail sales team is adaptive, agile, hungry and above all, committed to excellence. 

Skupos is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Sales organization. You will help drive retailer footprint growth through management of an Account Executive team. Your past experiences, critical thinking, personal coaching and skill development will help build a team, improve efficiency and grow the organization.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Manage a team of high performing Account Executives
  • Report to and work with the Director of Retail of Sales 
  • Train and develop a world-class team of sales professionals
  • Work cohesively with cross-functional department leaders
  • Own the sales funnel from SQL to Close
  • Present metric-driven performance summaries to leadership
  • Foster an environment of growth and top production
  • Manage the sales process for key retail accounts
  • Present weekly forecast updates 
  • Motivate individuals with different backgrounds, experiences and goals 

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Proven track record of success and outperforming
  • Commitment to excellence
  • 4+ years of sales experience or equivalent
  • Experience distilling complicated technology products down to simple value propositions
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, detail-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to test fast and learn quickly
