The Position

As a Performance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be synthesizing market data trends and leveraging this information to consult with homeowners on the most tactful way to optimize their property’s performance. In addition to this, you will be an ambassador for Evolve’s Smart Rates algorithm, educating homeowners on its function and the revenue opportunity that it presents. This position presents a great opportunity for those interested in working with homeowners over the phone and email and conveying complex information in a digestible, persuasive manner.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and market trends using Excel, Periscope, and Salesforce to consult with concerned homeowners on rates and pricing 

  • Confidently recommend adjustments pricing solutions that will drive booking performance

  • Educate homeowners on rate strategies and Evolve’s Smart Rates algorithm

  • Instruct homeowners on industry trends and booking windows to alleviate performance concerns

  • Collaborate with our Revenue Management Team to ensure homeowner initiated rate adjustments won’t negatively impact performance

  • 1-2 weekend day shifts are required each month

  • Complete any other projects or assignments given by the Manager of Performance Management

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

  • Salesforce experience preferred

  • Excel experience preferred

  • Detail oriented, skilled at prioritizing work, and capable of managing your time independently

  • You possess a foundational knowledge of Evolve’s Smart Rates algorithm

  • You enjoy speaking with clients and acting as an advisor on the industry’s best pricing practices

  • Clear and concise communicator that is comfortable diffusing tension
