Who You Are

Our National Account Executive will be a key player in contributing to the growth of our Enterprise Division. They will identify potential prospects and connect with key decision makers to start channels of communication out in the field, over the phone, and via email. The Account Executive will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with scheduling discovery calls, new client presentations, and working prospects through the sales pipeline, it’s essential that this individual be personable and professional.

In addition to new business development, they will assist in the ongoing account management of current Enterprise clients, building relationships with our contacts regionally and nationally.  They will work with our Director of Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure the accounts are satisfied with the products and services they are receiving. The position requires travel approximately 40% of the time in the field and 60% of the time in our Denver, Colorado office. 

This position will report to the EVP of Sales. 

What You'll Do

  • Meet revenue goals for new and existing accounts
  • Utilize CRM to identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective discovery sales calls, and assist with closing the sales cycle for new business in all service categories offered
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Work with the Marketing department as needed for client events or office visits
  • Plan for and attend industry trade shows
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for client facing and internal presentations
  • Work with Customer Success Managers and Director of Sales to ensure smooth client hand-off and flawless on-boarding process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 2 years in a professional B2B sales role
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Proficiency with Excel and data reporting
  • Experience working in real estate or the single family rental industry a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skillsj
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
