Overview:

Led by the Chief Strategy Officer, the Strategy & Corporate Development function is a small group that tackles the highest priority initiatives deemed critical by the executive team. We are looking for a Manager, Strategy and Operations who can own and drive several critical initiatives on our roadmap. 

Responsibilities

• Support and drive a variety of the highest priority, growth-focused strategic initiatives identified by the C-team. Examples include:
  • Defining the pricing and packaging strategy for the next gen platform.
  • M&A strategy and deal execution.
  • Optimizing the digital demand gen engine.
  • Establishing a value engineering function to support conversion of high value deals.
  • Strengthening the GTM flywheel across sales, marketing and product.
  • Using product telemetry data in innovative ways to prioritize strategic roadmap decisions.
  • Optimizing the trial-to-win experience.
  • Near term incubation and oversight of smaller acquisitions.
• Travel expectations: 15-20%

       Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting, investment banking or a strategy-related role at a fast-growing technology company
• Extremely strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Aptitude for framing business questions in analytic terms and translating business requirements into useful datasets and analyses with actionable insights
• Exceptional quant skills (ideally both operational and financial modeling) and ability to turn analysis into actionable insights that are consumable by the exec team
• Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with key stakeholders
• Experience in enterprise software and domain understanding of the Analytics, Data Science and Enterprise SaaS space
• MBA preferred but not required
