DispatchHealth Inside Sales Analyst Job Description

Position Summary:

This person will be an integral part of DispatchHealth’s marketing, sales, and business development efforts. DispatchHealth currently operates in 11 different markets and is expanding rapidly. They will work closely with both the business development team located within market and also the corporate team in Denver. Their primary responsibility will be to help determine and execute the sales and business development strategy for specific markets. To do this, they will digest, collate, and interpret a diverse set of quantitative indicators. They will identify, schedule meetings with, and nurture relationships with a variety of healthcare organizations including but not limited to senior communities, home health agencies, and physician practices.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with on the ground business development teams to help identify, schedule meetings, and nurture relationships with a variety of healthcare organizations including but not limited to senior communities, home health agencies, and physician practices.
  • Work with the corporate analytics team to digest, collate, and interpret a diverse set of quantitative indicators in order to determine the appropriate business development strategy.
  • Engage in weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning meetings for specific markets.
  • Identify and reach out to previously engaged targets that based on quantitative inputs represent candidates for additional engagement or service recovery.
  • Assist with new market launch and planning.
  • Initiate follow-up communications after successful engagements with partners.
  • Assist in the management and tracking of on the ground business development efforts within the Salesforce platform.

What you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience engaging in outbound campaigns (phone and email) to set up meetings with targets.
  • Someone who feels at home working with data and making decisions based on a variety of quantitative indicators.
  • Ability and desire to think strategically about business development goals. Someone who wants to be told the goal and have the details of execution left up to their discretion.
  • Someone who wants a role with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team situated across the country.
  • Ability to make sound business judgments and strong decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform is not required, but preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare is not required, but preferred.
  • A desire to learn about analytics and programming, though no preexisting knowledge is required.
