Job Description:
Brandfolder is seeking an ambitious and energetic Inbound Business Development Representative, responsible for accelerating the growth of Brandfolder’s sales pipeline and helping to ensure our success in the Digital Asset Management marketplace. This is an entry level, technology marketing position, designed to allow a talented and motivated individual to start a promising career in sales or marketing for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) leading DAM solution.
You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, like Lyft, Mastercard, and Slack and have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Smartsheet (Brandfolder) provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional and educational experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado, the range of starting pay for this position is between $65,320 and $79,120. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market-competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
What you'll do:
- Respond to inbound telephone calls, emails and chat inquiries in a quick and timely manner
- Understand and use intent data to strategically target ideal prospects
- Record and document all activity in Salesforce.com
- Use our designated software platforms to monitor, research, and connect with potential clients
- Maintain a high level of activity with the intent to qualify and create an exponential sales pipeline
- Reach out to people who have attended events, webinars, and downloaded our content
- Keep our database clean by updating records, merging duplicates, and creating net new records
- Interact and maintain relationships with all members of the sales team
Qualifications:
What you'll need:
- 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
- Willingness to hustle
- Desire to learn new skills and build a career in marketing & software sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to quick moving environment
- Ability to be organized and pay attention to details
- Motivation to drive pipeline based results

- Previous sales or marketing experience
- Experience or passion for B2B software or DAM
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
- Microsoft Office and/or GSuite experience
