Global Sales Operations Manager

The Global Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role supporting the Global Sales organization by owning and improving our sales infrastructure including sales tools, processes, training, reporting and analytics to help build our team for scale. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and data-savvy with an intellectual curiosity and a drive for constant improvement. A day in the life:
- Evaluating and improving Sales processes and systems
- Sales tech-stack ownership - Implementation, integration, adoption, training, improvements, and iteration.
- Assist in the development, improvement, and roll out of sales processes for a smooth end-to-end buyer experience.
- Manage projects, adding value and efficiency to get priority things done quickly and with quality – build reports, run analyses, build/present trainings, design workflows etc.
- Identify areas of inefficiency in our sales process and propose solutions and workflows that would resolve problems, optimize metrics, and improve productivity
- Sales analytics, report creation, dashboards and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Create and analyze key insights from forecasts, key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics.
- Drive sales data quality, hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance
- Be a thought leader and go-to expert on resources and tools.
- Work directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Sales Enablement content development and design - Work cross-functionally to design enablement assets to promote global adoption of best practices and excellence in sales execution.
- Keep Sales Enablement and sales department documentation up-to-date and relevant in company Hub.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Implementation and Customer Success.
- Drive Sales Adoption - Evangelize Cin7’s sales tools to generate awareness and provide ongoing administration to keep them highly-functioning to ensure adoption of best practices.
- Evolve and optimize the new hire enablement program to support Cin7’s growth and go to market plans. Host and facilitate new-hire live workshops, virtual sessions and 1: 1 sessions.
What you'll bring with you:
- 3+ years of in Sales Operations and Enablement, Systems automation in a high-velocity sales environment
- Experience with CRM, Sales and Marketing automation tools such as Sales Engagement platforms, process automation tools.
- Admin level proficiency in Salesforce.com (certification a plus, but not a requirement)
- Ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients.
- Empathetic, customer-focused, driven, challenge seeking, self-directed learner.
- Ability to work independently with professional detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- B.A. in Marketing, Business or related field.

Location:
Please note that this role is based in Denver, CO. Though we have some flexibility on timing for relocation, we are not considering permanently remote candidates currently.
Compensation:
$110-120K base salary + Eligible for incentive compensation, based on performance targets, of 15-25% depending on qualifications and structure of the overall compensation package
