Customer Success Associate
Based in Arvada, Colorado, Slumber Cloud (www.slumbercloud.com) is a very small but extremely well-rested team dedicated to helping everyone enjoy a better night’s sleep. Our ridiculously cool (pun intended) bedding products (sheets, pillows, mattress pads, etc.) utilize a patented NASA-engineered technology to help you sleep cooler and more comfortably throughout the night.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Success Associate to join the dream team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer service for our online customers. We are a small team so will rely on you to fill in the gaps as needed, but are looking for someone who is eager to get in on the ground floor of a growing business with the goal of being a leader/ manager for additional support staff as the company grows.
To ensure success as a Customer Success Associate, you should have an extreme eye for detail, and the ability to seamlessly manage the array of customer inquiries (mostly chat, email, & phone calls) in a fast and professional manner. Ultimately, a top-class Customer Success Associate processes customer queries quickly and efficiently while being the face of our growing brand.
Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, returns, emails, and requests.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Customer Success Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stay calm and problem solve if customers are stressed or upset.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
