As an Enterprise Sales Manager in Xactly's growing Denver, CO office, you will be responsible for managing a high performing team of Enterprise Account Executives. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, metrics driven and detail-oriented sales leader who is adept at growing teams and developing top performers. Experience in coaching and skill development is key to the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our VP of Sales and other Sales Managers to set and manage priorities
  • Onboard, train, ramp and manage a team of Commercial Account Executives to exceed their respective month, quarter, and annual sales targets
  • Help shape and influence sales process and create winning strategy
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Develop Account Executives for career growth within the Xactly sales organization
  • Analyze and report on sales metrics; forecast to sales management
  • Partner with multiple people and departments within Xactly, including Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA required
  • 4+ years of successful Enterprise sales experience, 3+ years of enterprise management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota as both an individual contributor and Sales Manager
  • SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
  • Must be data driven and results oriented with an eye for detail
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to coach, develop and inspire a team
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • A student of sales, marketing and analytics
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to grow business
  • Capacity to grow in the role and take on more responsibility in a growth-focused & fast-paced environment
  • High energy and a positive attitude a must
