    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a proven Inbound Sales Account Executive who takes responsibility for results. We have built an efficient and effective lead gen process that feeds you potential leads of Coaches looking to optimize their craft. We are seeking experienced sales professionals that mirror our core values of authentic, aggressive, accountable, agile and aligned with our customers.

    You Will

  • Consultatively diagnose coaches’ issues in the weight room and prescribe the most appropriate TrainHeroic feature set
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Become an expert in data-driven coaching
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for TrainHeroic’s suite of products and solutions
  • Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at small businesses (CrossFit boxes, Weightlifting gyms, etc.) and Team accounts (colleges, high schools, pro teams)
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • You Have

  • 3+ years of professional B2B inside sales experience, with particular success in a highly transactional (about 1 deal a day), low ARR ($1000-$2000) high paced, hyper growth setting
  • Experience with CRM, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with the TrainHeroic products
  • College degree
  • Authentic athlete or coaching experience

    Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
    To help employees cover any deductibles, copays & out of pocket medical, dental, or vision expenses, employees are able to set aside pre-tax contributions of up to $2,850 annually (for CY 2022).
    Disability insurance
    Peaksware's disability insurance benefit is 60% of base monthly salary up to a $7,500 maximum monthly payout. Employees can opt into Short-Term and/or Long-Term insurance options to suite their needs.
