Channel Administrator
Position Overview
Macrium’s Inside Channel Administrator (ICA) is responsible for helping drive sales growth in North America through our expanding network of Value-added Reseller (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The ICA strategically focuses on partner development and relationships as a means to achieving regional sales. The position will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager & Inside Sales Team to actively contribute in improving channel efficiencies, enablement and marketing campaign initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Establish & maintain productive relationships with new and existing partner accounts.
- Perform partner onboarding & enablement through web conferences, calls and trainings.
- Propose & execute partner marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Discern partner needs & opportunities, utilizing Macrium resources as necessary.
- Assist Regional Sales Manager with partner business planning, performance reports and QBRs.
- Assist with channel promotion events and presentations.
- Assign and update sales leads jointly with Inside Sales Manager.
KPIs will cover channel sales growth, active resellers, net new reseller activity & deal registrations.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (although a combination of academic and work experience will be taken into account). Will have worked with CRM systems and process, in particular SalesForce.com, Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho CRM systems.
1-3 years’ experience within a tech channel ecosystem – assisting in partner business planning, partner engagement, sales management, program and campaign management with an understanding of technology and technological innovations.

- Must be very proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Must be self-motivated and experienced in working in small teams
