Our sales development team is expanding! Located in Denver (hybrid remote work model), the Business Development Representative - Inbound (BDR) will reach out to prospective clients who fill out information on our website to gauge their interest in our SaaS and recovery services solutions. The BDR will ask relevant questions, schedule meetings with our Account Executives, and ensure meeting attendance with prospects. The BDR will also take on special projects relating to prospecting and the sales tools we utilize to provide the best, and most accurate data to the sales organization.
  • Provide a consultative sales experience through your knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and Agility's SaaS and physical recovery services, which you will learn through our training programs and sales boot camp
  • Quickly research and reach out to prospective clients who sign up for information on the Agility website or through chat, adhering to our minimum response times
  • Engage with new prospects by using tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
  • Set up qualification calls with prospects and Account Executives, ensuring mutual understanding of each prospect's situation, problems, and needs; and thoroughly documenting information in Salesforce
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure
  • Collaborate with Agility's Sales and Marketing teams to share feedback on campaigns and best practices
  • Perform special projects for the sales operations, marketing, and sales teams to provide clean data and prospecting lists

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 1+ years of professional work setting experience
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience working with customers
  • Track record of over-achieving professional goals
  • Passionate self-starter who possesses creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong professional phone presence
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft is a plus but not required; we will train you
