VisibleHand Account Executive

VisibleHand (www.visiblehand.com) is a technology & analytics company focused on empowering caregivers and impacting lives. We help front-line care staff collect resident behavioral data, and then we analyze that data in order to distribute insights that improve quality of life, clinical decision-making, and reimbursements. Our solution is proven through ~2M observations collected by caregivers across 30+ long-term care facilities. This is a ground-floor opportunity to represent an innovative product in a large market (15,000+ facilities) with no direct competitors.

We are expanding our sales organization and looking for passionate, driven individuals who are excited about joining a company that transforms lives and who want to win big in this changing industry. As a dynamic, experienced salesperson you will contribute to our business development efforts with long-term care organizations. Your initial focus will be national and regional healthcare organizations with 10-40 locations specializing in skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the long-term care industry, experience selling software products, and a proven track record of selling into the healthcare segment (B2B).

You will grow our pipeline, manage opportunities, and generate new customers for VisibleHand. The key expectations of the Account Executive are to develop deep knowledge of VisibleHand’s products, positioning, competition, and market - to drive pipeline growth, client satisfaction, and close new business.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the national sales process, supported internally by clinical experts, marketing, and product development

  • Engage across the entire sales cycle, from lead to close, consistently growing the pipeline, advancing and closing prospects

  • Create individualized lead generation methods, use personal connections, and acquire new relationships to gain access to executives and key decision-makers, contributing to the rapid growth of VisibleHand

  • Execute direct sales presentations and discussions to a wide audience, of clinical, business, and technical backgrounds at all levels of prospect organizations—including remote webinar presentations and onsite discussions across the US

  • Maintain clean pipeline data and active use of our CRM

  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners (account services, ops, product development) critical for building a successful sales-through-implementation experience

  • Actively influence product development priorities by summarizing learning from the field and ongoing customer needs assessment

Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years relevant sales experience, preferably in a technology organization

  • Demonstrated sales track record, as measured by sales goal achievement, deal size, territory growth

  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing new business

  • Track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations

  • Must have the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience and demonstrated success in presenting to C-level suite

  • In-depth knowledge of sales best practices along with a solid mastery of, and success in lead generation

  • Great collaborator—enjoy and thrive in a culture of trust & accountability

  • Entrepreneurial orientation for current and future growth trajectory of the company

  • High energy, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptive

  • Able to read and understand healthcare regulations.

  • Experience with B2B software sales (plus)

  • Experience with healthcare sales, clinical background, and/or knowledge of US healthcare delivery systems (plus)

  • Experience with long-term care sales (plus)

Details

  • Outreach is accomplished primarily through industry events, digital engagement, and telesales; travel as necessary (estimated 25-50%)

  • Full time, with work-life balance

  • Must be based in the Denver area and able to work remotely

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Salary: $50K first year guarantee with huge upside
