We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives

  • Go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales compensation
  • Contributes to process of sales compensation setup, system administration and calculations, exceptions and payouts.
  • Day-to-day data and process execution, auditing and analysis of the sales compensation system and data
  • Proactively inspect the business and identify value-adding analysis
  • Performs value-adding analysis and data compilation to support critical business functions; sometimes taking the lead.
  • Understanding of the business and desire to continue learning
  • Able to effectively communicate across the organization.
  • Identifies and properly escalates doubts and issues in a timely manner
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in the data and operations the Sales Ops team is responsible for delivering to the business for sales compensation matters
  • Challenges faced are typically moderately complex
  • Contributes to projects / processes, working independently with some supervision.

  • Able to understand business problems and present solutions as well as help execute on them as related to sales compensation
  • Must be well organized and time sensitive to meet tight tactical timelines and deadlines.
  • Demonstrates mastery of tactical tasks and analysis
  • Ability to advise exec leaders
  • Strong and effective communication skills to all levels of employees within Sales Ops and across the company. Skills include in person, email, presentation, effective listening, clear, concise, direct, and knowing one's audience.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of cultural and ethical standards as well as work ethic and integrity.
  • Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education and some work experience.
  • Work extremely well in a team environment showing respect for others' thoughts, empathy, and agility for learning from others.

  • Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and its functions like filtering, sorting, formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, and formatting for professional presentation and organization of data
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a sales compensation tool and with a CRM such as SalesForce
  • Eagerness, drive, strong intellectual horsepower, and hunger to learn everything about our business, take on more responsibility, and be a value-adding team player within the first six months of joining
  • Thrives in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing business environment with ability to balance multiple projects at once and has confidence to ask for help with prioritization while also taking initiative without asking for direction
  • Helps manage projects / processes, working independently with some supervision
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited university in accounting, finance, business operations, economics, mathematics, or related field; Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent a plus
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales operations, finance, technical accounting, management consulting, data analysis, or operations in a high-tech environment


Pay range- 70k-80k
This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: 70k-80k
