About the Role
As the Website Coordinator at JumpCloud, you will work alongside the Website Manager and with multiple teams within the marketing organization to help drive new initiatives and ensure the ongoing accuracy and maintenance of the website’s content. You will be a critical part of driving key marketing initiatives and metrics and helping ensure that web projects.
Responsibilities
Support Web Design and Development team with launching and monitoring member websites
Help establish web project scope and goals
Assist Website Manager with organizing and moving project activities forward
Manage web projects including conducting discovery calls, scheduling, tracking progress, etc.
Ensure all projects meet stakeholder needs and our extensive quality standards
Establish regular contact with stakeholders and team members to ensure their needs are met and to communicate projects status
Coordinate meetings, resources, trainings, and reviews with project stakeholders
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Understand and recommend web best practices
Provide administrative support as needed

- Someone with an obsessive attention to detail
- A strong communicator with experience rallying individuals to achieve a common goal
- A highly organized individual with experience managing and executing projects on time
- Copywriting experience
- Experience working with website design & development teams
- Experience with A/B testing
Where you’ll be working
We have two offices in Colorado, one in Louisville and one in downtown Denver. Once we reopen office options you will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations, flex your time or remain fully remote (in the U.S.).
