We’re looking for an experienced and capable Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who is client focused and passionate about delivering the best quality products and experiences to the market.

 

A demonstrated ability to understand & document business requirements, build and execute project plans, and gain sign off from business stakeholders will be keys to success in this role. The candidate will be expected to work cross-functionally within the firm and will regularly interact with a diverse set of colleagues, including sales, design, development, and engineering teams.

 

Duties & accountabilities:          

  • Ability to develop project plans
  • Assemble and lead project teams to meet business objectives
  • Can manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Deliver projects across an agile organization
  • Manage projects across functional teams in the organization, including business, engineering, development, design and quality assurance teams
  • Manage internal communication on project milestones, scope, issues, risks, and opportunities
  • Prioritize tasks and effectively manage day-to-day issue
  • Track project deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Define and Initiate projects with stakeholders and teams
  • Identify and manage both business and project risks
  • Manage schedule and forecast complete time windows
  • Cost estimation and management
  • Implementation planning and operational transition management
  • Assess and evaluate project results

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in Agile, Scrum, and waterfall processes
  • 5+ years prior experience with software development lifecycle
  • Experience leading IT infrastructure or data center projects
  • Knowledge or track record working with containers and cloud architecture
  • Proven analytic and problem solving skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Strong  verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively to customers, managers and technical staff
  • Experience in the Financial, Software, and/or Digital sectors strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with business analysis, requirements definition and process analysis
  • Knowledge of database, network, storage, web, and mission critical systems
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience is desirable
  • Agile / PMP certifications a plus
