We seek a Hardware Program Manager to join our award-winning team! If you love the idea of working with a super-talented group passionate about building products that make meetings better for everyone, please keep reading:  Mersive Solstice helps teams collaborate much more effectively by allowing anyone to bring their own devices and apps to meetings and share content concurrently. The product development organization is going to grow substantially over the coming months; we need a program management leader to help take on some very exciting initiatives.

A successful candidate can demonstrate strong experiences and a passion for managing the lifecycle and supply chain of hardware-based products in the technology sector.  We need an expert who can partner with cross-functional teams on optimizing our supply chain of components that go into our Solstice Pod, ensuring we never have any surprises with our hardware inventory.  We need an expert who can serve as a communication bridge between our agile software development teams, our operations teams, and our 3rd party manufacturing partner, specifically related to our Solstice software and hardware roadmaps.  The ideal candidate will also have experience evaluating new SoC’s / integrated chipsets.

 

Your day-to-day will look like this:

  • Work with operations and our agile development teams to ensure our software and hardware roadmaps are aligned, that all stakeholders are aware of progress, goals, and deadlines as appropriate

  • Assist the CTO in conducting the appropriate research, evaluations, and testing of new generation chipsets

  • Ensure Solstice inventory is healthy and sound, driven through strong coordination with our 3rd party manufacturing and supply chain partners  

Here’s what experience we’re looking for:

  • 4-8 years in a Hardware Program/Project Management role for a technology company

  • Enterprise hardware and associated kernel-level software

  • Computer science or engineering degrees preferred; MBA a plus
