Team Lead- Web Content Specialists
The Web Content Specialist Team Lead will work closely with the Web Content Specialists to coordinate project timelines, maintain documentation and identify areas to grow the efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate existing project timelines and provide accurate future timeline estimates.
Oversee project intake to set the Web Content Specialists up for success.
Monitor team workflow for operational accuracy and efficiency. Identify holes in training and in adoption both team wide and on an individual basis.
Help improve upon existing processes and design new processes to help optimize efficiency within the Web Content Specialist team.
Onboard new Web Content Specialists.
Create and maintain documentation on the FareHarbor Sites product.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with a project management system (AirTable, Trello, Basecamp, Jira)
Strong communication skills with a focus on internal and cross departmental communication.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output
Able to work quickly and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to take existing processes and improve the workflow to increase teamwide efficiencies. Demonstrated ability to work projects to completion with limited direction.
