Strategic Partner Relationship Manager
As a member of our Church Partner team, you’ll engage with our Strategic Network Partners to help articulate and familiarize them with the Gloo platform. You are naturally drawn to people and are able to build strong relationships that stand the test of time. You are a practiced project manager with the intuition to identify trouble spots before they occur. This skill set, combined with your deep commitment to faith and understanding of the church ecosystem, will blend together into an incredible growth opportunity for everyone!
Here is what needs to be done:
- Managing Network organization accounts to ensure success of the relationships and their objectives
- Facilitating the execution of Statements of Work and Project Charters with the associated approval cycles
- Managing project scope, budgets, charters, timelines, key milestones, and being on the lookout for expansion opportunities
- Developing a deep understanding of the network ecosystem to provide strategic insights for how to best leverage Gloo’s platform and services
- Identifying repeatable, scalable services that can be nurtured further into the network and/or ecosystem
- Directing the sourcing deployment services with your internal team members to allow for achievement of project objectives
- Facilitating the learning validation processes with partners - adjusting strategies when necessary to ensure that learning is validated
- Shepherding customer meetings, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with all stakeholders
- Documenting your work in Salesforce on a regular basis
And what you’ll need for success:
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- At least three years of experience managing strategic business partnerships. Specifically, nurturing relationships within large churches and faith networks – extra points if you’ve worked in a technology company!
- Demonstrated experience in a relationship management or client services role
- Wildly passionate about delivering work that has a broad, positive influence in its audience
- Aligned with the purpose, mission and values of the Faith community being served.
- Experience with a variety of software tools – we use, but are not limited to: Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, Trello, MicroSoft Office Suite
- Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude
- A sharp mind that is eager to learn, absorb and apply new concepts
- A refined communication style – you can present with ease, communicate complex concepts in a digestible manner and your command of language is remarkable
- Comfortable with travel around 15% nationally
