What We Do:

  • The Program Management team is responsible for overseeing and helping to drive key strategic initiatives and process improvements to build a foundation for successful execution at scale through:
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Appropriate resourcing and accountability
  • Ongoing progress tracking and monitoring against timelines and key deliverables
  • Identifying risks and gaps early, and addressing with long-term, -sustainable solutions
  • Continuous, data-driven improvement and refinement of approach

What You Will Do:

  • As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for running point on cross functional programs and initiatives that drive the business forward to achieve growth objectives. Here is a bit more detail on what you will be responsible for:
  • Execute project management framework and capabilities within the organization to ensure flawless execution of key strategic initiatives, beginning with project managing product development and release processes between product and go-to-market teams
  • Support establishment of practices, templates, processes, and tools to build and mature these capabilities within the organization
  • Through robust planning, coordinate and align resources needs while identifying gaps and/or constraints
  • Measure project and program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, -dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables across stakeholders
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule and budget
  • Define success criteria and develop comprehensive project plans to track progress
  • Establish and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in an organization
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in rapidly scaling SaaS organization
  • Experience working between product and go-to-market teams, product release management experience a plus
  • Experience effectively managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set goals, manage complex cross-functional projects and get things done effectively and efficiently
  • Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and advanced business acumen mindset
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations and organization skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Proven ability to independently resolve issues and recommend process improvements
  • Background in supply chain a plus
