DevelopIntelligence is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Project Management Office (PMO). The Senior Project Manager position is designed to improve and support our delivery process. Projects could include single instructor-led classes, multi-course programs that span several months or content development projects.

Responsibilities:

• • Accountable for the successful delivery of any project or program, measured by quality and satisfaction scores
  • Oversee the entire delivery process, from the execution of the SOW through communication of evaluation scores to the client organization
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the delivery process to help build scalable processes and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Management and New Business Development groups to ensure projects and programs are scoped accurately and the required resources are available and prepared for delivery
  • Communicate with the R&D group to communicate upcoming technology and resource needs to support adequate staffing
  • Collaborate with the R&D group to build a technology system that supports the delivery process
  • Provide mentoring or coaching PMO staff, as necessaryActively manage client projects and programs
  • Project budgetary and profitability responsibility

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years professional experience in project/program management
