Senior Project Manager
Core Functions
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans / templates for large customer implementations
- Clearly communicates project updates with internal stakeholders (agendas, meeting notes, dashboard updates, etc)
- Conduct risk / roadblock management and facilitate resolution cross-functionally
- Meet project outcomes and deliverables that meet / exceed customer's expectations (as defined in project plans)
- Drive internal team accountability via reports to track individual targeted and actual deliverables
- Execute change management processes when appropriate
- Define and execute company operating model improvements, training and overall communication
- Responsible for monthly PM metrics and Operational reporting (develop, monitor and interpret reports & KPI (broad stroke and granular analysis)
- Oversight of PMO practices and adherence to ensure consistency across stakeholders
- Responsible for hiring, training and retaining top talent/ high performing teams (objectives, KPI's, performance reviews)
- Adhere to performance management operating norms (team meetings, performance management, etc)
- Identify cross-functional inefficiencies and drive to resolution
- Lead cross-functional team projects by defining the strategy and providing direction (new products, integration efforts, etc.)
- Facilite status meeting updates with Envysion and third-party partners
- Complete monthly PM metrics analysis with Envysion leadership
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in project management
- Manage through difficult situations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and the ability to view efforts cohesively (connect the dots / paint the full picture)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills - Task Master
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Lead effectively, developing / motivating teams, coaching teams, cascading communications, and leading through change
- Effectively communicate objectives, risks, and solutions with executives, customers, partners and internal stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders, team members and partners
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite products
- Familiarity with Google products (mail, calendar, drive, etc.
- Ability to develop, monitor and interpret reports & KPI
- Experience in managing direct and matrix teams (including hiring process)
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
