SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Are you an analytical thinker with gamification experience wanting to do a deep dive into understanding our customer? Do you want to put your fingerprint on building a tailored SaaS experience for our customers that will change their every-day lives? Are you a strategic thinker with the practical skills necessary to create an amazing product our customers will love? 

As Privy’s Product Manager,  you are the leader of the product department, reporting directly to the CEO. You define, prioritize, plan and drive the execution of the product vision for Privy. Your role is to oversee the P&L of the department while implementing and executing the product development roadmap for the organization. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a best-in-class product with seamless usability, bringing your own UX and development experience to the table to push updates on time and within budget

  • Shape the product road map through deep understanding of our customer base and company values and mission for both desktop and mobile traffic

  • Deep understanding of gamification to enhance user experience

  • Manage to monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss targets

  • Develop and execute strategic product plans and processes for both 

  • Define and monitor performance metrics, sprint cycles and timelines for UX and dev departments

  • Work in an Agile environment in a close-knit team with a can-do attitude

  • Stay current with trends in UX design and identify new opportunities to improve our product 

  • Lead people and initiatives confidently, creating and documenting processes along the way and with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Be an empathetic and attentive listener; someone who is committed to understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers and key stakeholders

  • Work autonomously and with a team seamlessly and with attention to detail to drive results

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience in team management including recruitment, training, action plan development, resource deployment

  • 3+ years experience in

    • Product Management

    • B2B and B2C

    • Enterprise Saas Subscription Models as a core member of the development team

    • Highly-scalable Software Solutions with an emphasis on data implementation

    • Concept to Launch

    • Roadmap - Requirements - Customer Journey

    • Uses Cases - Market Research - Strategy

    • Customer Demos - Features - Design Goals

    • Gamification of a SaaS platform 

  • Experience in a startup environment, developing an entire division and its processes from the ground up, documenting processes with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience collaborating with marketing, development and other internal teams

  • Advanced analytical skills and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making

  • Strong team player in an agile work environment

  • Strong finance and budgeting abilities to leverage funds and create forecasting models

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • You identify with our company values and will exhibit these traits in all internal and external communications

  • Background and/or strong interest in Real Estate or Real Estate Investing preferred
